Returns
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- If an order arrives damaged, contact support@zanderbeauty.com with a photograph and we will replace it.
- Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, rescheduled, or cancelled before renewal.
Order changes
- Reach out within two hours of ordering and we will do our best to adjust before fulfillment.
- Address corrections are easiest before an order ships.
